I was tasked with defining Segment’s competitive differentiators for each of our target personas (which includes marketers and developers). Then, I created a list of headlines and web copy that could be used for digital ads, landing pages, a teaser video, sales enablement, and more. This high-level messaging has been essential for creating alignment across teams and regions.
