An Interactive Cyber Week Experience

 

Cyber Week can be the ultimate stress test for businesses: there’s a huge spike in web traffic, volume of orders, email campaigns – the list goes on. Twilio equips businesses with the communications infrastructure to scale for these high-visibility events. And each year we release a recap of the trends surrounding email, voice, and messaging communications. But we wanted to make this retro more interactive. So, we created the Twilio Time Machine, which we’ll use annually to show the year-over-year trends and impact of large-scale communications.

I pitched the concept and managed the project on the tight timeline of three months. I worked directly with our developers, engineers, data analysts, executive communications team, legal, and product management, and with an agency, overseeing over 200K in budget.
