New Call-to-Action Design
In the new design, CTAs are embedded within articles, and users can simply enter their email to download a gated asset immediately. We also simplified/shortened our copy explaining our Privacy Policy.
This led to a 59% increase in conversions on organic content pages quarter-over-quarter.
In the old version, these CTAs required someone to click on a link, be taken to a separate landing page, where they could then download the gated asset. This created a point of friction for users, and many dropped off before converting.
This was the second page users would visit, to download the asset they were interested in.
The Growth Center
The Growth Center is an SEO Hub on the Segment site, which currently has over 85 pages. Along with spearheading all content production, I worked with designers and engineers to clarify the layout, information architecture, and optimize the user experience.
The success of The Growth Center led to launching a second version geared toward technical personas, called The Data Hub.
Worked with Demand Gen and Product Managers to create FAQ content on popular landing pages.
